Thanet District Partnership Group Planning Team

The Planning Team is elected by the District Partnership Group to

• Take forward ideas and comments made at the District Partnership Group to make sure they happen.
• Set the agenda for District Partnership Group meetings.

The Planning Team meet at least twice between each District Partnership Group and include a mixture of people including

• People with learning disabilities
• Carers
• The local Integrated Team
• Voluntary organisations
• Private sector providers.
